A small hotel within the old castle walls - castle hill with the old mosques is only a stone's throw away. Rooms are on the upper floor, and have been renovated recently. Free Wireless Internet. The Hotel is a family business. They run the hotel with an eye for detail and were incredibly helpful - thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We found it to be a perfect starting point for exploring town and surroundings.

the hotel was stunningly beautiful and quiet, it had polite staff who are also owners and managers. the breakfast had a wide array of delicious options, and was sensational. everything was wonderful, i recommend.

The room was clean, I booked a budget queen room with lovely rear views, and everything was wonderful during my stay.

breakfast was advertised as gourmet. one slice of ham 2 slices of rubber cheese packet orange juice packet jam honey very average. on arrival not even a cold drink offered

Amazing boutique hotel. Only 7 rooms, classically decorated but with every possible comfort. Breakfast individually served. The hotel is situated within the Byzantine walls of the old castle-city of Ioannina, a peaceful location, while the calm lake is 5 min on foot and the busy city centre is just outside the walls.

The staff were super friendly and the owners of the guesthouse. Good food and warm drinks available. - Well-kept and nicely decorated rooms with private bathrooms. - Magnificent location in Ioannina, next to a top-notch archaeological museum, the old Kastro, and the castle's historic areas.

The location put one within walking distance of the lake and some very fine shopping. It was close to some excellent restaurantys and tavernas. The staff at the hotel were only too happy to help and did so with a smile. Thew location of the hotel was inside the KaSTRO in a quiet neigfhbourhood. I had a most pleasant stay and amm returning this sATURDAYfor a further night"s stay.

The only thing I would lijke to say that the room lacked a bar fridge. This was not the fault of the hotel but thye deliverer.

Very friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere. Rooms not large, but well appointed and spotless. wifi signal in upstairs rooms not always good enough - management are aware and will seek to upgrade it Happy to recommend this hotel

The rooms are exceptionally clean and airy. The breakfast is plentiful. The guesthouse's central location is very close to the historical center, the old town, restaurants, and area sights to visit. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the hotel. It's also close to Ioannina Castle.

Homey place, it was fairly clean and had very kind staff who are also owners and managers. My room with a comfortable double bed, an excellent bathroom, for instance was well renovated and big, had good night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and sensational, the location was amazing. The hotel was located in the heart of Ioannina.

The hotel's location, just a 10-15 minute walk from a shopping mall, was ideal and wonderful.
